Our rates

We are affordable. 

Hourly rates and block rates are available upon request. 

Film scoring and commercial work is by consultation and quote only.

Session musicians available for all genres of music. Session musicians rates by quote.

POLICY ... please read and understand these guidelines listed below carefully.

Reserving Studio Time:

Reservation of studio time will be confirmed upon receipt of a PO or verbal statement from a record label or artist. Before time can be held a 50% deposit and credit card on file is required. Deposit must be received 72 hours in advance of the scheduled session dates.

Billable hours for your session begin at scheduled time, PLEASE be on-time

~~planet10studios will wave the above reservation time guidelines due to last minute bookings on the part of the record label or artist~~

Cancellation:

Cancellation must occur at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time.

planet10studios has the right to retain all deposits if studio time is not canceled within the time frame stated above. 

planet10studios reserves the right to charge full price for session cancellations that occurred without proper notice applied to the rescheduled sessions.

Policy:

No project in any form will be released without payment in full.

Payments:

We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, Master Card and bank transfers as forms of payment.

All payments are to be made at the end of each days session.. no exceptions.  On multiple lock out days, payment balance will be expected at the end of the total combined lock out days.. no exceptions.

If paying by check, planet10studios reserves the right to hold all projects until verified cleared by our bank.  Returned checks will be charged a $50.00 fee.

Project Storage:

Projects may be stored at planet10studios for a period of 30 (thirty) days after completion of project. Client must remove project from studio after this period or pay storage fees. Shipping charges are billed at cost. 

Project Contract:

A contract for our 'recording services' is required by planet10studios and its clients to help facilitate a complete understanding of what you expect from our team and what we expect from our clients. 

All rates quoted to the artist include the following:

• engineer
• amps
• keyboards 
• guitars
• drums
• sample database

All other items that are specific to an artists needs that shall be rented, will be applied to daily charges (at our cost) and paid for at the end of each days session.

Our studio is also a place for up and coming and of course seasoned engineers and producers that don't have a place to record it.  We encourage the up and coming to use our place to  provide their clients a fantastic environment to create music.  Whether it be tracking drums or a complete record or mixing only.  Please contact us for details regarding special rates for the use of our facility.
